About Us

With 20+ years experience

After 10 years of project managing and general management working at his previous employ and more than 20 years in the industry, UPC Maintenance was started by Owner, Mark Schwarzer with the purpose of creating gainful employment for those in the industry who had been affected by the economy and subsequent further. Covid 19 pandemic impact it had on those around him. Mark’s plan to create UPC Maintenance was not without thought and planning.
